Regular and targeted exercise can help with pain and conditions like arthritis, diabetes, and cancer. Join Jennifer Satter, DPT, a senior physical therapist from NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester, for an in-person class on improving and managing illness through exercise. You'll learn:

- How working out helps circulation and flexibility
- Why movement improves overall wellness
- Tips for those with limited mobility
