Excellence is a spirit and gifting that shows up itself to address sensitive and complicated issue. Where others have fallen below what is required, the spirit of excellence stands up to the occasion by providing a solution. To be excellent is to be outstanding, distinguished, operating above the level of the very best.
The spirit of excellence can only operate where the Holy Spirit resides.

7 manifestations of the spirit of excellence:
1. It brings you before great people of authority- Daniel 5:11-13. Proverbs 18:16 A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.
2. It gives you discipline and self-control.
Daniel 1:8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.
3. It puts you above the best. Daniel 6:1-3
4. It makes you become impeccable in character. Daniel 6:4 Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.
5. It can bring you victory in the face of opposition. Daniel 6:22-23
6. It makes you prosperous. Daniel 6:28 So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.
I pray for you today that the spirit of excellence overshadows you. May the measure of the spirit of excellence deposited in you blossom to its fullest potential that it may prosper and benefit you in Jesus name. Amen!
