The event aims to be an interactive and engaging workshop designed to elevate one’s decision-making game and to empower participants with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate complex decisions with confidence and clarity.The event will address the various methods we use to make important decisions, the common biases that affect the decision-making process, the concept of „resulting" and the key elements that are needed for a good decision making process.
The participants will have the opportunity to engage and share their experiences, and to learn practical tools and actionable strategies to enhance their decision-making skills and to achieve better outcomes in both your professional and personal life. They will also have the opportunity to network, to exchange insights and build valuable professional relationships.
Some key learnings participants will take from this workshop:
- understanding some common biases that can cloud our judgement when making decisions and how to mitigate their impact;
- understanding the importance of evaluating decisions based on the quality of the decision-making process, rather than the outcome alone;
- a set of practical tools and techniques for making more informed and rational choices;
- how to structure and implement an effective decision-making process that leads to better outcomes.

Dana Cionca is an Executive coach, ACC, working with women professionals in leadership positions who seek ongoing personal and professional development. Through coaching she is helping them overcome specific challenges, develop their leadership skills and thrive in their roles.
In her coaching practice she uses all her skills, knowledge and expertise acquired in her career as a corporate lawyer (11 years) and entrepreneur (8 years), in order to help executives gain clarity and take actionable steps towards their goals.
She strongly believes in changes, in human potential and human ability of reinvention, and she thinks everyone needs a thinking partner on their trip from actual self to best self.
Andreea Nate is a Leadership Coach, HR Business Partner, and a board member at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Romania, known for her passion for Learning & Development. After an academic background in archeology Andreea found her passion for HR and learning while working for 10 years in some of the largest automotive companies in the world. Now, she is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and her passions include world traveling. For her work she was inducted in the Forbes 30 under 30 Romania list.
