A lot of our customers keep asking us how to properly breathe in yoga, hence why we are offering this breath improvement workshop.
Breathing techniques have long been recommended for their relaxation, stress management, and organ function benefits, among other reasons. Specifically, yogic breathing, which involves manipulating breath movement, has been shown to positively impact the immune system, autonomic nervous system, and various psychological and stress-related disorders.
In this workshop we will learn the science behind breathing, and discover powerful breathing techniques for better sleep, stress reduction, energising breathing techniques and more.
