At Freya Movement, we believe movement should feel empowering, fun, and community-centered. Our signature class is a sweaty, beat-driven workout that is fully postpartum-safe and meets your body where it is today. Each movement is diastasis-aware, pelvic-floor informed, and functional, so you are building strength for real life. With built-in levels for every stage, you will feel supported whether it is your first workout back or your 50th, all while rebuilding confidence and safely working toward your pre-pregnancy intensity.
