About this Event
Join The Portland Literary Club for an afternoon inspired by Attached by Amir Levine on Saturday, February 21st, from 3-5pm at Rambler Cafe.
In partnership with two local therapists, Emily Brazier, LMSW-cc and Cara Kraft, LCSW, we’ll explore the science and psychology behind attachment styles and how they shape the way we love, communicate, and connect in relationships.
Together, we’ll unpack what secure, anxious, and avoidant attachment really mean, how these patterns show up in dating and long-term relationships, and what it looks like to move toward healthier connection. Whether you’re single, partnered, or somewhere in between, this conversation is designed to offer clarity, self-reflection, and practical insight without judgment. All are welcome!
Rambler recently reopened their doors and offer a variety of tasty coffees, teas, and baked goods. Be sure to try their signature Brambler latte with blackberry and vanilla flavors! They also have a DIY flower bouquet bar, so grab a friend, come learn a little about love, and give yourself the gift of beautiful flowers to take home.
