The Plus Size Clothing Swap of Greater Philadelphia

General Information

• You must bring clothing items to swap in order to enter the event! Even with the purchase of a ticket, you must bring 5 items to swap with other participants. You are able to bring as many items as you wish but you must bring at least 5. Please be reasonable and bring organized, clean clothing that you would be happy to see at such an event.
• Masks are required by the venue and we highly encourage all attendees to be fully vaccinated.
• Please respect the property, park only in designated areas, and use the facilities with care. There is no smoking.
• Bring an extra bag for your swaps; we may not have extras available.
• You must be present to win any raffle baskets or contests.

Raffles

Must be present to win! Tickets available at entry. Cost to be determined. All proceeds benefit cost of the event space at Bartram's Garden. Extra proceeds will be donated to elected charity.

Guidelines - MUST READ!

1. A ticket is required for entry to support the cost of the event space.
2. Attendees are encouraged to bring at least 5 items to swap and must be prepared to take any remaining items with them at the end of the event. If you’re bringing more than 20 items, please bring a basket as table space may be limited.
3. All clothing must be size 14 and up. Generous size “large” and items labeled “XL” are welcome.
4. All brands of clothing are welcome.
5. Please limit your vintage items to those that are in excellent condition.
6. All clothing must be clean and preferably free from strong fragrances, especially perfume and/or smoke.
7. All clothing should be in good, wearable condition. No holes, rips, or stains. Some small imperfections may be okay as long as they do not affect wearing the garment. Do not bring beaded items that are in need of repair.
8. All seasons and occasions are welcome, i.e. winter coats, cocktail dresses, etc.
9. Shoes, athletic wear (lightly used, please), outerwear, and accessories are welcome in reasonable quantities.
