About this Event
Trauma often disconnects us from our bodies, trapping us in patterns of fear and hypervigilance.
Engaging in pleasurable experiences—through movement, breath, touch, and play—activates the parasympathetic nervous system, signaling to the body that it is safe to relax and receive.
By reclaiming pleasure, we rewrite our stories, shifting from survival to thriving, and allowing deep, embodied healing to unfold.
This mini retreat includes...
✨Somatic Yoga Therapy (movement & stillness)
✨Movement for Pleasure (easy to follow dance movements for hips and spine)
✨Self massage
✨Energy work
✨Aromatherapy
✨Reflection prompts
*No movement experience needed
Rediscover your vibrant energy, relax in a nurturing community, and dive into embodying pleasure.
