Energetic Presence - Find Your Authentic Expression Welcome to a weekend of embodiment, circle work, improv and physical theatre
Explore and disarm the patterns of limitation that keep you living at a distance from what you truly desire.

Expand your possibilities for authentic expression.

Allow more energized presence to emerge into your creative life and relationships.

This 2,5 -day workshop is about developing a tender fearlessness as we move towards our boldest goals so that we can live more fully in the creative flow.

It’s about breaking the spell of those habitual patterns which, though originally formed to help keep us safe, have become blocks to our authentic self-expression.

It’s about getting intimate with the discomfort of being vulnerable in the pursuit of our own truth and desire, feeling the palpable fear inside our body that arises at certain thresholds, and learning not to let that hold us back.

The Process

The process is simple, playful, and deeply transformative:

Through theatre-inspired practices we produce a series of “controlled crises” that take us to the edge of our resistance so that we can identify, viscerally within our own experience, those psycho-physical mechanisms inside us which create our limitations…

Then, within the presence and holding of a supportive group circle, and in the heat of the heightened visibility that the group brings, we let ourselves feel fully into the resistance and allow ourselves to be called across the threshold…

By doing so we embrace the inherent vulnerability of desire and discover that while it’s scary to inhabit that vulnerability, it’s not actually dangerous – we just need more practice!

In this discovery we create a new mechanism for living our truth, a new conscious culture that has room for our whole selves, and new pathways of possibility for entering the creative flow together.

Who is this work for?

If you ever notice yourself hesitating when you’re about to cross over into something new, something exciting, something you really WANT, maybe even something you’ve worked towards for a long time, and pulling back or shutting down just as you’re about to step across the line – then this workshop is for you.

If you ever feel trapped in a personal bubble of comfort, longing to break out into expanded possibilities, an expanded network, expanded community, expanded belonging, but feel constrained by ingrained patterns of adaptation – then this workshop is for you.

If you are ready to stand in the numinous presence of your authentic self – then this workshop is for you.

More specifically

This work is for anyone who feels a sense of inadequacy and the fear of rejection that keeps them from reaching out with the honest attraction they feel towards another being, and wants to experience more of the love they know they can share and receive from others…

For anyone who has carved out a successful life by living from one dominant part of themselves but who now feels constrained by their own limited creation and is ready to explore what else wants to emerge…

For anyone whose inner critic keeps them from truly expressing their voice and taking bold steps towards what they truly desire and can offer to the world.

For anyone whose ability to be strong has helped them reach their goals, but who now feels as though that focus on being strong has kept them out of touch with the more vulnerable parts of themselves, those parts that long for deeper connection, a sense of community, and a sense of being loved for who they really are.

Alone we’re f****d, but together we have a chance!

This work is about fearlessness and magic, courageous vulnerability and the energized presence that comes from truly showing up in the world in full possession of your own somatic reality.

It’s also about not taking ourselves too seriously as individual players, but opening together into the creative collaboration that lets the ineffable mystery flow through into the group field so that everyone present can be nourished and inspired and given permission to live their fullest and deepest dreams.
