The Pier is a one day Dance Music Festival, located on the pier below the Ambassador Bridge. Featuring local music, food, cocktails and art.The summer's wildly popular riverfront music and art festival, "The Pier" returns for its third iteration! The Pier is an open air experience that will combine international and local musicians, world class sound production, lighting production, and artisanal local food and beverage vendors. Beneath the Ambassador Bridge, the pier extends 200ft into the Detroit River, surrounded by water on 3 sides, casting the perfect view of the Detroit sunset skyline, transforming into a one-of-a-kind dance floor. Headling this year's Pier is Music Producer and DJ Newman (I love) from New York. He has released on several labels including powerhouses All Day I Dream, Lost Miracle and Anjunadeep. Support will be provided by Los Angeles' Just Jeremiah, Detroit's Andrea Ghita and locals Ex Libris, Vanzema, Vladwho. Food will be provided by local favourites Ziodom's Pizza and Twisted Smoke BBQ. Cocktails will be provided by Mix Masters Bartending Service. Rain or Shine Event
