You are Warmly Invited to a Screening of "The Philadelphia Eleven"* —May 9 at 7 p.m. in St. Andrew’s Parish Hall.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of women’s ordination in the Episcopal Church, we will host a screening of The Philadelphia Eleven. The Rev. Marie Moorefield Fleischer, one of the original eleven (who also has ties to our diocese) will join us. Light refreshments will be served. Our diocese and community are also invited.
* About the story and the film: In 1974, in an act of civil disobedience, a group of eleven women and their supporters organized their ordination to become Episcopal priests.
