About this Event
Let's collage together with memories and love as we honor and remember our remarkable pets.
With special guest, Rev. Jaime Nieves, "The Creature Preacher".
Arts supplies and light snacks will be provided. Please bring a small photo of your beloved pet for your art piece and your water bottle!
Follow @MourningPug on Instagram for updates!
We're asking for donations ($5-10) for the event (for venue rental, art supplies and The Pug Hotel Senior Sanctuary.) But no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
At The Pug Hotel our mission is to provide sanctuary for senior pugs and those that are traumatized. We also rehabilitate, foster and rehome Pugs in need, providing them with a second chance at a happy and healthy life. We are dedicated to rescuing abandoned, abused, and at-risk pugs, offering medical care, emotional support, and loving foster homes until they find their forever families.
Through advocacy, education, and community outreach, we strive to promote responsible pet ownership, prevent animal cruelty, and reduce the number of homeless pugs. With compassion at the heart of everything we do, we work tirelessly to ensure that every pug receives the love, care, and dignity they deserve. The Pug Hotel is working on finding Pugs in need “A Safe Spot to Land”.
***Parking can be tricky so arrive 30 minutes earlier to find parking. There's plenty of meter parking and parking lots. Please make sure too have cash on hand.
***Disclaimer: The Pet Griever's Club is not a therapy group, and we're not therapist. You are responsible for your well-being when attending a meetup. If you're feeling unwell, please seek prof help***
