Spend the evening with Lindsey Lawing of Sweet Lucy’s Pies. You’ll start by learning the secret to making the perfect flaky all butter pie crust. Lindsey will then show you how to turn that crust into 3 classic pies perfect for your holiday gatherings.

Sweet Lucy’s Pies is a specialty made to order pie company on the historic Bluebonnet Circle in heart of Fort Worth, Texas with funky flavors, a whole lotta whiskey and a famous signature flaky crust. We source local, sustainable and delicious ingredients from Texas farmers. Our menu changes with the seasons and showcases the best of what Texas has to offer.
