This course focuses on all the details you need to make a delicious flaky pie! Our chefs break down key concepts for successfully making your dough and creating your fillings. Students will work in pairs to make, assemble, and bake their own pies two ways; traditional and hand pies. Flavors rotate seasonally featuring more berries in the warmer months and autumn flavors in the cooler months.
