It’s the ‘2ND To Last Show’ Sunday 17th AUGUST, at the Semaphore Workers Club, for stalwart rock Blues band ‘Hoy-Hoy!’ Good mates Chris Finnen and Trapper are on board with the Old feller “Frank Lang” to put the outfit which Frank formed in 1988 to rest. Gabriella Chammah on sassy sax rounds off the line up for our last 2 shows. We’ll be playing all your favourite Hoy-Hoy tunes, plus a few surprises. Frank plans to resurrect a fave tune, ‘Extra Jimmies’, ‘cos he wants to show off his bass solo skills, and Trapper lets loose on the drums. It’s a swingin’ dancy tune modified from a Fabulous Thunderbirds instrumental from the early 80’s.
So Hoy-Hoy! Everybody, At the Semaphore Workers Club.’ Where the reds get the blues’ 4-8 PM. Good friend Don Morrison opens the show so don’t be late.
Our final, last for good, yep, for real, no Johnny Farnham’s, show will be Sunday Nov 9th November, but why wait ‘til then. Grab tickets for the August show now.
