Stay with us after the performance for the award-winning documentary Without Arrows, directed by Jonathan Olshefski and Elizabeth Day. Filmed over 13 years, the film follows Delwin Fiddler Jr. as he reconnects with his roots on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation. It is an intimate story of Lakȟóta life, family, healing, and cultural revitalization.
A Q&A will follow with Delwin Fiddler Jr. and members of the film’s creative team.
Please note: while this event is free and open to all, the documentary includes sensitive themes that may not be suitable for younger children.
This event is free and open to all, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Rochester Area Community Foundation and MidAtlantic Arts.
