The Pause is an immersive wellness experience created by Baddie Besties Podcast, as a space for women to reconnect—with themselves and with others. Through intentional movement, impactful panels, beauty activations, and access to local businesses tailored to women like us, The Pause hopes to leave every woman feeling restored and poured into.
Why The Pause? - Well, in our “Hey Barbie” podcast series, we realized the common thread amongst our guests was burnout. In fact, over 32% of women report burnout, and even more feel they don’t have space to reset. The Pause is our response- a curated experience to help women reclaim their energy and, to remind them that they’re not alone.
So grab your besties, and take a day for yourselves. We can't wait to see you!
