✨ The Pause Between✨
A space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
As the holiday season begins and life speeds up, this 75-minute sound bath offers a gentle invitation to step out of the noise and into presence. Through crystal bowls, grounding guidance, and intentional rest, you’ll soften the nervous system, release held tension, and reconnect with the inner quiet that’s always available but often forgotten. We will do some yin yoga before settling into an extended savasana.
Join us on Sunday, December 7th from 5:30–6:45pm in Historic Folsom for a supportive, restorative experience designed to help you reset before the season grows louder.
Bring anything that helps you feel comfortable— blanket, pillow, journal—and give yourself the gift of spaciousness.
Note: We have Yoga Mats and blankets, but bring your favorite blanket for an extra cozy experience.
