We invite you to join us for an artist walk through a bird sanctuary, where the sky is painted with flight and feather. Inspired by shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of forest bathing—artist Young places her paintings within the very landscapes that move her, offering a gentle reminder that inspiration is found in the simple beauty of life.

The experience will be enriched by expert panels featuring members of the Connecticut Audubon Society and curated with care by The Table & Gallery, an event to be remembered.

Following the artist reception, enjoy a Q&A with the artist and conservation experts, along with a “Taste of Nature” featuring Camila’s herbal tea and food.
