The PATH

You’re invited to join us for an afternoon of conscious conversations, like-hearted connections, and a transformational breathwork experience.

For this event, we’ll discuss various healing modalities, including; life coaching, mindfulness practices, energy healing, and plant medicine.

Our expert panel of speakers will share their knowledge on breathwork, ice baths, sound healings, Ayahuasca, and Psilocybin.

This event will take place at the beautiful 1 Hotel Toronto. There will be a 90 minute panel conversation led by our expert facilitators, including a Q&A. Afterwards, you’ll participate in an Elemental Breathwork session led by Zarak & Giovanni. Luciana will play her crystal sound bowls and guide you through a deep meditation to heal and restore balance to your energy. We will then open up the circle to group sharing for those who feel called to speak about their experience or ask any questions.

For those that purchase the VIP ticket, we will be hosting a reception in the Flora Lounge with the facilitators from 4-5PM *Food will be served (limited VIP tickets available)
