The community is invited for a special evening with Grace UMC church member Bob Mitchell on Saturday, January 24, at 7:00pm. Bob will share insights from his book, “The Partisans: James G. Blaine, Roscoe Conkling, and the Politics of Rivalry and Revenge in the Gilded Age,” an engaging look at power, personality, and political intrigue in American history. The event will be held in the Grace UMC Community Room (lower level building).Copies of the book will be available for purchase, with all proceeds benefiting Grace UMC.
