About this Event

We are excited to invite your organization to participate as a vendor at the Inaugural Back to School Jam, hosted by the Leonard & Marjorie Williams Family YMCA.

This event will be held on Saturday, July 27th, from 11 AM to 2 PM at 2178 Packing District Way, Orlando, FL 32804.

The Back to School Jam is designed to celebrate the beginning of the school year with the goal to distribute backpacks and school supplies in preparation for upcoming school year.

This event will feature, a battle of the drumlines from local high schools, food trucks, live music, family resources vendors, and kid friendly activities. Our goal is to provide a unique connection with families within the City of Orlando and our local community.

Vendor Participation Details:

· Vendor Fee: No Cost (Donations are welcome)

· Registration Deadline: All registrations must be completed by July 1st, 2024, as space is limited.

· Setup Details: Information regarding setup specifications will be provided after your registration confirmation. *Organizations must provide their own tent, table and chairs.

We are particularly interested in vendors that cater to youth programs, education, and community resources, as they align perfectly with the spirit of this event. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your programs and services to a targeted audience that values education and community development.
