Outpouring is one of the meetings God has laid in our heart to hold yearly to prepare people for the new, it is a place where God will be revealing the coming events concerning things, our lives and the likes through worship and prophecy and so God again has promised us that this year's Outpouring people's lives will be changed and that people will come and leave a new person as it was in 1 samuel 10: 5-7,9 and Gen 32:27-28.
