About Womankind Yoga
Womankind Yoga was founded by Senior Yoga Teacher, Helen Wilson, (500hr Yoga Alliance Professionals UK), in 2013.
Helen is a registered and insured Senior Yoga Teacher and Trainer Pro with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by YAP.
She aims to help people discover inner peace, balance, space and strength, through hatha yoga (asana) and movement, complimented by pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.
Classes are not focused on making the body look good - but helping students to feel more connected to the inner needs and experience as individuals. Within this we find more space, strength and release in our physical selves.
