Bracken's story of overcoming extreme adversity as a teen and college athlete was brought to life in book form by author Echo Garrett and became the inspiration for The Orange Duffel Bag coaching model, curriculum, and student advocacy we have today. The "orange duffel bag" has become a symbol of hope for many Georgia students.
