As we come to the close of 2024 already the noise begins - a new year looming, who will you become, what will you resolve yourself to be, how can you change your life over night?
What if, instead of all the noise, you slipped gently into 2025 with a period of deep stillness and reflection?

A half day retreat to close the bones of 2024 and step with intention & compassion across the threshold of the year.
Come and enjoy a symphony of floral essential oils, ceremonial cacao, sound journey, movement and delicious food. Join us in circle & gift yourself a day of deep nourishment.
The Opening is a half day retreat which we have crafted to offer space for you to approach the new year with softness.
The day will be a ceremony to welcome the year whilst also holding space for reflection & releasing the year thats passed. It is a day for you to be with yourself, to be witnessed in your journey and to hold a light to the year ahead & cast a vision with soft focus.

2 dontaion based spaces are available, please pay what you can afford & join us in the circle.
There is an option available to pay a deposit of £33 and pay the remaining £44 either in one payment or 2 payments of £22 - please note the full payment of £77 must be received by Friday 3rd of January. If you do not make the balance payment your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket. If you select to pay in instalments we will be in touch to share details of how to make the remeineing balance payments.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and bolsters are available but you may wish to bring your own blankets and sheepskins for added comfort during the day. Food provided will be vegetarian and prepared in an environment where allergens are present, please let us know when booking if you have any dietary restrictions. Please bring your own water bottle and a journal and pen.
A sound journey is a restful experience where the tones and vibrations of therapeutic instruments guide you into a meditative state. Sound is vibratory energy that has the capacity to penetrate all levels of your being; physical body, energy, thoughts and emotions, and connection to spirit. The deeply relaxed states entered through sonic vibrations help you nourish and restore through the activation of your body’s natural healing abilities, connecting you to your inner wisdom. This may help you to process emotions, tap into your intuition and creativity, or find clarity and flow.
Ceremonial Cacao carries its own unique vibration which is most potent when consumed on an empty stomach. To experience the full benefit of the event please try to avoid caffeine and alcohol on the day of the ceremony and eat a light, nourishing meal at least 2 hours prior to the start of the circle. You are welcome to fast beforehand if safe for you to do so, to gain deeper experience of the cacao.
The combination of cacao, oils and sound can be a potent mechanism for healing. By participating in this circle you agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing before, during and after the event.
