Join us in a day of learning and solidarity for Palestinians past, present, and future. This year marks the 75th year since the Nakba (“Catastrophe” in Arabic) that led to the forced displacement of Palestinians when Israel was created, and that continues to this day. Across the world demonstrations are held on May 15!
We will provide historical context, personal testimonies, and other materials to learn more and how to organize together for Palestinian liberation. Including tools to help us resist Zionist and Islamophobic rhetoric.
The event is open to everyone. Food will be provided.
We will be meeting at Intransitive's Center from 6:00-7:30pm.
Taste of Olam Haba is an anti-Zionist, feminist, leftist collective committed to food justice and liberation.
