The Onalaska Day Trippers are excited to announce our 1st Annual Picnic.Our picnic will be held on Saturday, October 11th at the Lake Life Concierge. The address is
125 Indian Hill Blvd., located off of the scenic loop. From Noon till Sunset.
This picnic is open to all Seniors, 50 years old and older. You may bring up to 4 family members to the picnic with you.
Onalaska Daytrippers Group will be providing the hamburger meat from Brookshire Brothers
($150, for 30 pounds of meat), and 8 packages of all beef hotdogs, and 54 packages of indivual size chips to choose from.
The Men will be grilling the hamburgers and hotdogs for our group!
We need members and volunteers to donate the following items for the picnic:
Mayonnaise Mustard Ketchup
Tray of chopped lettuce, onions, & tomatoes
Hamburger Dill Pickles Relish
Cheese slices Shredded Cheese
8 pkg. Hamburger Buns
8 pkg. Hotdog Buns
3 cans Hot dog Chili
Paper Plates Flat wear
Paper Towels
Watermelon for watermelon eating contest
Desserts-there will be a Dessert Judging contest.
Lake Life Concierge will be providing Unsweet Tea, Sweet Tea, and Lemonade. (Our group paid for this)
Sodas, beer, and wine can be purchased inside Lake Life Concierge.
Bring your dominoes for 42, or your favorite card games. If you like to fish, bring your fishing pole too!
Picnic tables and chairs are provided. However, if you have a favorite lawn chair, bring that with you.
If you plan on coming to the picnic, PLEASE RSVP in the comments section below so we can make sure we have enough food for everyone!
If you would like to donate some of the items listed above, please let us know so we can mark the items off our list.
The Onalaska Daytrippers are looking forward to meeting new Seniors for our Group. If you are already a member, please remember to wear your Onalaska Daytrippers Tshirt, and name tags to the picnic.
