This is the area which has given birth to many revolutionary ideas and actions, spiritual ideas, houses of some wealthy Bengali families, food of Bengal and has contributions to Bengal Renaissance.
Tour details:
1. Meet at P C Chandra Jewellers Shop gate on BB Ganguly Street
2. Breakfast from one of the road side shops
3. The tour will be led by Avijit Dhar Chowdhury.
4. Entry inside the building will be restricted in some places because either they are private buildings or under some Trustees.
Recommended wear:
1. Loose garments
2. Flat shoes or slip-ons
