New year, fresh air, and one of our favorite traditions is back! We’re so excited to welcome you to our Oceanic Rooftop Mat Class, held on the stunning rooftop lounge overlooking the Pompano Beach Pier.

What started nearly three years ago has grown into a true community staple—and there’s no better way to kick off the year than moving together with ocean views, good energy, and a mat flow that leaves your core fired up and your legs shaking (in the best way).
