As the weather cools down, the workouts get HOTTER! Join our CP Pompano team for an hour long Pilates mat class on the stunning rooftop lounge of Oceanic. Experience a perfect blend of fitness and breathtaking views.
You'll get to kickstart your Saturday morning with a workout that will have your abs burning and ready for the weekend. This class is designed for all fitness levels—so it is perfect for attending with your family and friends!
