Two Part Soft Launch Opening Event: April 5th, 2025
Part I :Workshop: "Renewing the Mind – Transforming Core Beliefs"
Time: 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Join us for an interactive and engaging workshop designed to help you challenge negative core beliefs, shift your mindset, and cultivate empowering thoughts. Through guided exercises and discussions, you’ll learn how to reframe self-limiting beliefs, break mental barriers, and embrace a renewed perspective. This is limited to only 20 spots to ensure engagement and intimacy. You are expected to keep it a safe place, limiting judgments and criticisms. You will have a two hour break in between the workshop and launch party. You can use this time to grab something to eat, change clothes, etc. while we complete setting up for the second event (bracelets will be provided so that you may leave and come back).

Part II: Soft Launch Party celebrating The OA Therapy Solutions's new location

Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
