Every year, Sempertex Europe proudly takes part in the renowned O-Parade in Genk, Belgium, bringing stunning balloon art to life for thousands of spectators. Since 2023, we have opened this as an exclusive hands-on balloon build, allowing a select group of balloon professionals to experience the magic up close.
Over three unforgettable days, you’ll collaborate with industry experts, refine your balloon sculpting skills, and help create an awe-inspiring float and balloon costumes for the parade. And the best part? You won’t just build it—you’ll walk in the parade alongside your creations, hearing the applause of the crowd as you showcase your work!
About the O-Parade
The O-Parade is an annual celebration of art, culture, and creativity, attracting thousands of visitors from across Belgium and beyond. Featuring elaborate floats, stunning performances, and vibrant displays, this parade transforms the streets of Genk into a moving spectacle of wonder and imagination.

Dates: April 29th – April 30th & May 1st, 2025
Cost: €120 (includes meals & drinks for all three days)
Overnight stays are not included.
