Join Kate Debbie and Sophie for a day retreat out in the elements at Wild Heart Hill.
THE NURTURE OF FLOW
step through the gates and Experience the rejuvenation of spring at our retreat, where nature comes to life. Engage in mindfulness connecting with the earth's bounty. Find inner balance with the gentle flow of Tai Chi and rest in the meditative depth of Yoga Nidra and grounding yoga flow
Wild Heart is the homeland of so many; Long Furlong, Worthing, BN14 0RJ, England Enjoy a day with our well-being team, Kate, Debbie, and Sophie working in partnership with the Wellderness CIC.
PROGRAM for the day nurture of flow
Day Retreat 12–6 pm
The public can arrive from 11.45 am
12-12-30 pm Wellderness welcome speech and meet your host
12-30-1-45pm Debbie's Chi-boost Mountain Top practice
12-45-1.45pm Sophie's Food from the Forest question and tasting
1-45-2.30 pm silent walk in woods
2.30-3.30 pm Sharing circle and lunch and food share
3-30-4 pm Debbie's Chi-boost Mountain Top practice
4-5 pm Cocao and Grounding yoga flow Kate
5.5 30 pm Yoga Nidra with Kate
5-30-6 pm Closing circle and sharing time feedback and food share6 pm Home time
Food Share: the Wellderness soup as well as (the community food share table to keep us all fed throughout the day.

To support your day's retreat, please bring
A food dish to add to the food share table.A camping chair, cup, plate, knife, fork, spoon, bowl and water bottle.Warm clothing, depending on the weather.For the Yoga Nidra, a blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, eye blackout and yoga mat. Please let Kate know if you do not have a yoga mat or eye blackout; she can provide some.
Choose comfortable clothes to move in; depending on the weather, you may like to be barefoot. clothing and lots of warm clothing, hats, gloves, socks and boots
when you book there are two ticket Prices,
Early bird £100 and a ticket fee of £10 will be added to the event page
after feb the ticket price goes up to £135 and the events page will add on £10
