About this Event
The No More Orphans Experience is a FREE, family-friendly event for the whole community. With local bands, personal stories, experts in the field, an artist, and a spoken word poet, No More looks to give people a window from which they can see, hear, and understand both the heart of God and the heart of the orphan. “Our goal is to put as many faces to the need as possible, and to provide as many opportunities as possible for people to connect to what is needed and respond to that need with action. We want every person who comes to the event, whether they are in college, retired, or any stage of life in between, to see how they can personally make a difference in the life of a child,” says Tami Kent, Co-Founder of NM. For that reason, The No More Foundation has partnered with local and national organizations, so that people can make a personal connection and get signed up to serve where their heart compels them.
La Experiencia No More Orphans es un evento GRATUITO y familiar para toda la comunidad. Con bandas locales, historias personales, expertos en la materia, un artista y un poeta de palabra hablada, No More busca brindar a las personas una ventana desde la cual puedan ver, escuchar y comprender tanto el corazón de Dios como el corazón del huérfano. "Nuestro objetivo es poner tantas caras a la necesidad como sea posible y brindar tantas oportunidades como sea posible para que las personas se conecten con lo que se necesita y respondan a esa necesidad con acciones. Queremos que cada persona que asista al evento, ya sea universitaria, jubilada o en cualquier etapa intermedia de su vida, vea cómo puede marcar la diferencia personalmente en la vida de un niño", dice Tami Kent, cofundadora de NM. Por esa razón, la Fundación No More se ha asociado con organizaciones locales y nacionales para que las personas puedan conectar personalmente y unirse para servir donde su corazón los impulse.
