Jack is a coach who helps neurodivergent high achievers move from burnout, overthinking and identity pressure into emotional clarity, authentic direction and embodied confidence.

Having rebuilt his own life through grief, burnout and identity collapse, his work is rooted in lived experience - guiding others to come home to themselves through breath, depth and aligned intention.

Stephen holds a steady, grounded presence. With lived experience reshaping his life, his facilitation blends calm instruction with emotional safety, challenging participants to meet their edges while feeling supported.

Together, they create spaces where vulnerability becomes strength, uncertainty becomes direction, and inner truth becomes action.
