The New Year Reset
This New Year Reset is designed to help you reconnect with your body, ground your energy, and step into inspired, meaningful goal-setting for the year ahead.
In this 2.5-hour experience, you’ll move through a balanced one-hour Yang/Yin yoga class to reset the body and calm the mind. Afterward, you’ll settle into a guided meditation to help you release the old and create space for what you truly want in the coming year.
You’ll then tap into your creativity with a vision-board workshop, giving your intentions a clear and inspired visual direction. Each participant will also take home a lovingly curated goodie bag to support their wellness journey. Complimentary food and drinks will be served.

Yang/Yin
Info: This one-hour Yang/Yin class blends energizing movement with deep, restorative stretches to help you tap into intention and welcome new beginnings for the year ahead. We’ll flow through mindful Yang sequences to awaken the body, followed by grounding Yin poses to release, reset, and create space. Class closes with a guided meditation to center your mind and anchor your intentions with clarity and presence.

Vision Board Making Workshop & Food
Info: Enjoy an hour of nourishing food and drinks while creating your vision board for the year ahead. All materials will be provided. When you leave you will be given a gift bag, curated with love to help start your year off.
