Step into the New Year feeling calm, clear, and restored, with yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Led by instructors Raguel Broy and Sanyika Calloway.
This intentional practice blends gentle, accessible movement with conscious breathing and guided meditation to support relaxation, mobility, and nervous system reset.
No prior yoga experience is required; each session is welcoming to all bodies and experience levels.

Acupressure (5-10 minutes per person)
Receive a demonstration on the benefits of and how to practice Acupressure, the ancient healing technique that applies pressure to specific points on the body surface to stimulate the body’s natural healing energy and clear energy blockages in common body pathways.
