We're partnering with Cat Zazon + Rachel to bring ya one powerful event at North High Brewing in the Short North (yes, there is a free parking lot!)
What to Expect:

*Cat will walk us through creating a New Vibe Statement, part of her SOAR program! Because we shift & change as humans everyday, the New Vibe Statement evolves with you as you infuse fresh lifestyle habits and yoga into your routine.
*SOAR will help you find more ease but that doesn't mean easy. We focus on discipline + digging deeper everyday, no matter what. It is up to you and no one else to rise above inevitable challenges. This is how we soar.

About Cat:
@CatZazon (follow on IG) is a trainer and yoga teacher. A Columbus native, she has lived in NY and worked in the corporate world since college. Yoga and strength training is her anchor and through consistent practices of both she continues to uncover more of herself. She wants to inspire others to find that for themselves. Through her new program called SOAR, she helps you evolve and step into a new vibe.
