About the artists:
Grace Theisen is a queer Americana artist from Kalamazoo, Michigan. She coins her own genre as “Androgynous Americana.” In 2023 her singles- Behind the Rain and Wild Wild Woman-were put on Spotify's official playlist, Home At Last. Her Master of Fire music video was a finalist in the Toronto Women's Film Fest and shown at the Hell's Half Mile Film & Music Festival. She and her band have played several huge Michigan venues and festivals including Kalamazoo Pride, Frederik Meijer Gardens, Blissfest, Buttermilk, Dunesville, and Earthwork Harvest Gathering. Spencer LaJoye is a singer/songwriter from the Midwest making queer indie folk music for everyone. Sammie Hershock is a Michigan-based singer songwriter with songs that catch your ear and grab you by the soul. Classically trained and working as a music teacher for over ten years, Sammie brings a unique depth to her original songs. Since coming onto the songwriters scene in mid 2021 she has pulled people into her sphere quickly- playing all over Michigan, and finalizing in multiple songwriting contests including a first place award in A Singing Heart songwriting contest in NYC.
