Cactus Thief is a roots rock band that draws on Cajun, country, and gospel influences, all flavored with South Louisiana swamp water. The group – with sometimes four, sometimes six musicians – is fronted by songwriter Aaron Maras, who was born in New York but raised in New Orleans.
