She’s certified in ex therapy, a longtime psychotherapist, and a fellow traveler through hot flashes, hormonal chaos, and WTF moments. Alycia is passionate about helping women reclaim their bodies, desires, and sanity - especially when everything feels like it’s shifting (because it is).
