Jennifer brings nearly two decades of experience supporting parents through the emotional shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. As both a therapist and mom, she offers an empathic, judgment-free approach that helps families find balance so everyone can thrive. Jennifer specializes in treating mood and anxiety concerns in the perinatal period and is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.
