Join us Wednesday, February 11th at The Artist Table for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to turn ordinary mushrooms into meaty, savory, crave-worthy dishes.
What We're Cooking:
We're making crispy mushroom "bacon," perfectly seared portobello "steaks," and rich mushroom "pulled pork." You'll learn the techniques that actually work - how to get deep flavor, avoid sogginess, and make mushrooms taste incredible every time.
