We will be offering two heats:8:00am
9:00am
This will replace Saturday morning classes. Consider this your weekend warrior workout.
You will have the opportunity to go it alone, or partner up and split the prescribed rep count.
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull Up
200 Push Up
300 Squat
1 mile Run
This is so much more than a workout.
This is a change to push yourself at a deeper level, and do so in honor of the Men and Women in uniform who paid the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms of our country.
Refreshments will be offered. Spectators are welcome. We hope to see you there!!
