As the holiday season approaches, The MPN warmly invites you to join us on Friday, 22 November 2024, at 6:00 PM for an evening of networking, delicious food, and refreshing beverages, thoughtfully catered by Hope Street Café and Goodwill Wines, both local Social Enterprises. The event will be held at The Precinct (Stair Stadium, Level 2) as part of People and Planet First Week. Together, we’ll reflect on the year’s achievements and look forward to the exciting possibilities of the upcoming year!

Nora Fraser (She/Her) is an inspiring People & Culture Leader and visionary founder of The Multicultural Professional Network. With extensive experience across both private and public sectors, Nora has implemented key diversity and inclusion programmes for global organisations in Australia, Europe, and the UK. Her leadership success is rooted in her ability to connect, influence, and inspire, driven by a compelling vision and the courage to challenge the status quo.
Beyond her work with The MPN, Nora actively supports diversity and inclusion-focused organisations and serves as a mentor to emerging professionals in the field. As a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, she is committed to helping organisations build more inclusive and equitable cultures.
The Zero Barriers Project
During this session, we’ll dive into the Zero Barriers project, an initiative designed to tackle workforce disparities by expanding access to career advancement. The project addresses barriers that prevent talent from progressing into leadership roles and contributing fully to the economy. By fostering educational partnerships and bridging workforce gaps, The project aims to build a sustainable, competitive workforce.
