The Movement Presents: SOULFIRE MVMT

SoulFire Movement is an emotional wellness practice through dance movement. A full-body workout through the power of dance and guided mindful meditations, using colors that incorporate authentic mind-set techniques to help you unlock your full potential.

In class, we bring awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations through the power of movement. Class is designed to provide a follow-along style series of choreographed dances and exercise movement to a fun playlist that includes genres such as Hip-Hop, R&B, Soca, Afrobeat, Pop, Salsa, and conscious high vibrational tunes. Get ready to experience dance moves from around the world and engage in a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and joyful. Think Zumba, meet Zen!

What you'll need for class

Comfy workout shoes, yoga mat, towel, water and any meditative tool such as photo, crystals, incense, or tea. (Not required)

About the instructor

At 39 years young and hailing from the vibrant city of Boston, Massachusetts, Michelle Turner-Young has embarked on an extraordinary journey that encompasses motherhood, dance, and a commitment to making a difference through movement towards her community. Michelle has carved a unique path for herself as a trailblazer in the world of dance, particularly as the 1st American International Dancehall Queen. Her story is one of unwavering ambition, boundless dedication, and a deep-rooted passion for both movement and sustainability.
