Join us for an unforgettable experience at 'The Movement', a transformative event designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate mindfulness. In this fast paced world, it's easy to become disconneccted from our bodies and stuck in daily grind of being human. When was the last time you allowed yourself to dream BIG? 'The Movement' offers a sanctuary where you can immerse yourself in a supported container with like-minded humans. Somatic facilitator, Angie Clark will be your guide for the evening as she takes you on a journey back home to yourself with Visualization and Movement featuring live music with DJ Suzanne Summers; this is a chance to nourish your mind, body and spirit

We will start the evening off with a short yoga practice and intention ceremony. After that, we will discuss the power of Somatic practices and the impact these valuable tools can have when trying to manifest something bigger and better for your life. Get ready to plant some powerful seeds! You will be euipped with everything you need to ensure a supported experience as you are held on a journey into Deep Visualization, Meditation and Movement. This is a unique exploration that has been created with the intention of acknowledging and releasing what no longer serves you. Get ready to move your body while DJ Suzanne Summers fires off a musical masterpiece.

To round off the event, we will integrate with a soothing Yoga Nidra practice where you’ll be cocooned by harmonious sounds that promote deep relaxation and healing. This will help you land fully in the body so that you can be with whatever is present and integrate new tools and knowledge.
