Join us for an unforgettable experience at 'The Movement', a transformative event designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate mindfulness through Somatic Movement and Integration practices. Somatic facilitator, Angie Clark will be your guide for the day as she takes you on a journey back home to yourSelf. Featuring live music with DJ Suzanne Summers and an Integrative Soundbath with Marcus Fung; this is a chance to nourish your mind, body and spirit.

I think we can all agree that life is currently moving at an unsustainable pace, it’s almost required to to become disconnected from our bodies so that we can keep up with the rat race. When was the last time you were truly present in the moment? 'The Movement' offers a sanctuary where you can immerse yourself in a supported container with like-minded people all while taking part in Somatic practices that encourage deep embodiment.

The day will kick off with a yoga session that will invite you to explore your body’s natural rhythms. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Angie will support you in finding your own pace and deepening your connection to self.

After the yoga session, Angie will take you through foundational nervous system learning so that you are able to understand yourSelf on a deeper level. Combining this knowledge with useful Somatic practices and tools, you will be euipped with everything you need to ensure a supported experience as you are held on a journey into Deep Visualization, Meditation and Movement. This is a unique exploration that has been created with the intention of acknowledging and releasing what no longer serves you. Get ready to move your body while DJ Suzanne Summers fires off a musical masterpiece.

To round off the event, Marcus Fung will take you on an integrative journey of sound where you’ll be cocooned by harmonious instruments that promote deep relaxation and healing. This immersive experience is designed to help you land fully in the body so that you can be with whatever is present and integrate new tools and knowledge.
