Led by a team of pregnancy and postpartum experts—including labor doulas, postpartum doulas, an IBCLC, a perinatal chiropractor, and a sleep consultant—The Mother Hive blends evidence-based education with genuine community so you feel prepared, supported, and celebrated through the final weeks of pregnancy and first weeks with your newborn.

• 6 in-person, biweekly sessions (Sep 3 – Oct 15, 6:30–8:00 PM) packed with guidance on labor, birth, postpartum recovery, newborn feeding, sleep foundations, self-care, and emotional well-being.
